1 more pt for shutout of your opponent which means
They don't score on your team 9+1 = 10
This is called max pts. Or perfect game.
Goals above and beyond 3 are gravyand count

6 points for a win, 1 point for each goal scored, up to a maximum of 3 3 points for a tie, 1 point for a shutout
