Pretty good list of teams coming.  Would like to see some more NTX competition up this way.  Deadline is Saturday 3/15.

2014 Date:  April 11-13, 2014  (Local teams should expect to play on Friday)

Ages:  U7-19 Boys and Girls

Locations:  Indian Springs Soccer Complex, Mohawk Soccer Complex and MTsc Soccer Complex

Fees:  $235 (U7-8 4v4); $495 (U7-11 8v8); $595 (All 11v11)   Payments can be sent to: TSC Hurricane - Lexus Tulsa Cup, PO Box 243, Jenks OK  74037.

Format:  U7/U8 4v4; U7-11 8v8; U10-19 11v11  (3 game guarantee) Note: Please indicate Gold or Silver preference as you register. However, we reserve the right to move teams to ensure brackets are as competitive and geographically balanced as possible.

APPLICATION DEADLINE:  March 15, 2014  (Applications after March 15 will automatically be placed on a waiting list.)

Team Acceptance:  Will be notified and posted on this site by March 22, 2014.

Awards:  1st & 2nd Place

Sanctioning:  USY & US Club Soccer  (Open to ALL USYS or US Club teams!!)

I know that quite a few teams are in the last week of league play. I know our 05 team has 3 games that final weekend.

Anyone know if 05 hyypia or 05 lady Aztecs are playing 11v11 or 8v8 at Lexus Cup? Would be nice to see them in U9.

Neither of those teams has played 8v8 for a while so I am going to guess they are playing 11v11.  I assume that also means they will be playing up.

They are both listed on the U10 team list.

Would have much rather been in Bracket a with the Arkansas and kansas teams. Never seen teams from that area before. Is the TSC williams team the top 03 team?
on a side not the kitterman/baby rase looks like a delicious matchup. Hypia plays nice and they are about to run head first into a fast physical team. Will be interesting to see if they can keep up

Williams was 3rd team at beginning of fall; has now lapped #2 (Bear).

#1 is Amos & they are in u12 red.

Thinking they put you with the Oklahoma teams is to spread out teams from same region.

yeah that seems like it. I was really just reaching for some complaints. I think the TD would go into a panic if nobody complained

Complaints are on boys side this year.  

U9 girls stayed same I think.
U10 girls moves TSC Amos to 11v11; TSC Winters now in gold division (red).
U11 girls moves TSC Williams out of gold division.

Boys U8 now 3 divisions, 2 TSC teams drop from gold to silver.

Only 4 teams in U11 Gold!

Long way to drive to only play 3 other teams.  Sure hate it for those teams.

A lot of the reasoning behind smaller brackets @ u10 & u11 is that our neighbors to the north & east don't play 11v11 until much later.

6v6 until u10, 8v8 until u12.

Agree. Definitely nice to play new teams. My DD has 3/3 new teams to play; my BB has 3/5

U10 gold don't look much better. 3 NTX teams out of a bracket of 4.

Those neighbors are smart.

More revisions done tonight to the girls side. Changes u9-u11 girls. Biggest moves: Kitterman moving from u10 gold to u11 silver and the u9 team adjustments.

I'd say bracket b in U 11 silver is a bit tougher

I see Coach Cole brought his NOKC 05g back to TX this weekend. How did they look?

Surprised they didn't want a shot at RASE in U11 Gold.

Even less surprising to me after this weekend. Several teams went to a local tournament & played up in u11.

TSC Kitterman (u11silver in Lexus) won 3 games; they dropped 2 1-0 games vs Blitz 04 (with 1 or more 03s thrown in)-the local team that is their best opposition.

TSC Winters (u10gold in Lexus) played intra-club vs boys.

TSC Amos (u10silver in Lexus) lost 2 games vs 03's & tied 1 vs 02/03 team.

All our local teams are still adjusting to 11v11, and it shows playing on the big fields.

So why is the #3 ranked team in Oklahoma U11 playing in the silver division. Sure looks like someone is trophy hunting!!
