Best Goalie in 02 soccer?

Is it Rowdies goalie she didt give up a goal all season? Ive seen her make great saves!
Is it Stav's new goalie(old DT-Penn)she was awesome last year?
Is it DT-Glotz goalie, she made awesome stop on PK last week and has a cannon for a leg?

Need to throw Feeters keeper in the mix. And with a team that is not rank in top 10 she gets lots of practice.
Ranking keepers is tricky- how much of the score is their keeper abilities or a really strong defense. Keepers of weaker teams def. get more game participation. At times on the top team, the keeper may go a complete game without touching the ball-so it make it hard to rank a keeper. It would have to be a percentage , and even then you have determine the difficulty of the save , picking up a ball that gets a little away from a frwd, is alot easier that a line drive to the corner you have to dive for.

I agree, if you have a awesome dd goalie you definately dont want her on the top 1 or 2 teams! I would say in order for her to get touches and feel involved the sweet spot would be from 3-6 raked team to be on, that way you dont just get shelled but you still get to make saves!

I like the DT_Glotz goalie best, especially because she looks just like her daddy! Thank god she got her moms athletic genetics!

In order to not being a homer...I will only list girls on opponents teams!
1. Rowdies goalie...very athletic and quick!
2. Stav's goalie...very tall and athletic!

Just for fun.
1. Samba Feet shes still very green when it comes to the rules. Did anyone see her charge out when the ref blew the whistle and slide tackle the poor girl on a PK last Sunday. Shes still very good.
2. Solar Stav keeper very tall and when she gets her foot on the ball she can kick it over a mountain.
3. DT Glotz awesome saves last week. She is in the right place at the right time.
4. Kats 02 goalie not scared to attack player with the ball.
5. Solar Dynamo she has good size and very good techniquen on how she hadles the ball.

I agree ranking goalies is hard depending on their play time and how many shots on goal vs saves.
I will say DT- Rangel's goalie isn't huge size wise but she is quick and extremely aggressive. She made some pretty awesome saves and many were over her head. She also has a really good punt for her size.
I also am very impressed with SRSA goalie. When I saw her in the last tourny she saved some great shots. I haven't seen her play this spring yet.

First the DT '02 goalie is my child not lovesoccer's. Thanks for those that recognized her. Also Stav goalie is a good head taller then my dd. So yes balls over her head are going to be in issue but she is by far more aggressive then Stav's goalie or was in past games we played against them.
I will say in the FCD game only 1 ball was over head and she got her hands on it but it defelted off her hands into the goal. The other 2 goals 1 was a corner kick and the other was a break away she attacked on but was to late on.
I am very grateful for her coach for giving her a shot in the box. I know many wouldn't look at her due to her size (ex: Grubb). I say that because she was on FCD Premier when it was formed. She was picked up as a defender but she wanted goalie and Grubb wouldn't let her due to size. On Sunday he came and congratulated her for her hard work. He told her she played a great game and made some great saves.
There are some great goalies out there. To be honest the one I was really impressed with and wonder where she ended up was '02 Solar Murin goalie that DT Rangel beat in August at the Tx Summer Classic tourny. She was small like my dd and she was really good.

Where is LS at??? Anyway, I actually like stuff like this, but GK families make note. Many told me my dd was best keeper ever 5 years ago in U8 & U9, but as a U12, she hasn't played GK in close to 3 years... Even if it is REC, PLEASE keep your young GKs on a team where she plays the field all the time and not just the last 10 minutes of blow-out games trying to get her a goal..
BTW: That Feet GK did not slide tackle.. She actually made a great sliding save! So good I almost forgot to blow the whistle for coming off the goal-line early... No harm though as the second attempt missed and wound up in a two touch...

Am confused. Saw blonde Feet goalie at 9v9 last week, did good job; then saw Feet goalie with brown hair this week....both played well. Def got action in goal.
