What do you want in a team/coach?

This will not be the first go around I have had with club scene, but my daughter is moving into academy and I have been searching around and taking her to different practices, and I have found the team that not only do I want her to be on, but she wants to be on! The coach is young and energetic, as well as is accomplished as a coach. He demands the girls attention but is caring in his ways. I saw my daughter just have a blast at the practice and she enjoyed playing, which is what it is about right? I was and still am a little skeptical of academy, but after my daughter went to this practice, I think I might had to let her keep rolling with it.
My daughter is a 03 and the team is Sting and is coached by Coach Dewitt. I know they are having open practices right now so feel free to see for yourself.
