Rules for teams to qualify for Classic / LH tournament

Please remind me of the procedures and rules for teams from Plano Premier and Arlington to qualify to play in the Classic / LH qualifying tournament this summer. This includes what teams can do if they are not in the top 3 places in those leagues, but they want to be able to qualify to play.

There will be a number of openings in the lowest LH division (D3), depending on the age group. Plano or Arlington place has no bearing on whether you qualify or not. Only for seeding during the qualifying tournament. All teams in that age group wanting in will have to compete for the open spots (4 usually). You would have to be more specific about age group to get a detailed answer about what it would take to qualify, and how many spots are open in your age group.

Generally, over and above having a skilled team that works well together, you would need DDs that are oblivious to the heat and drought, and who are willing to lay it all on the line for a weekend or two. Then a couple bounces to go your way. Start working on fitness now. Good luck!

Anyone willing to sign up and pay the $600 registration fee can take a shot at QT. Ditto the warning about the heat!!!
