Did your team fall apart?

Did your team fail to make the mark on Signing Day? Did you find out that the coach, who said that "about 14 or 16" were coming out, turned out to be woefully short?

If you can see it all falling apart, but you want a home for your daughter for select, then give Meja (www.mejasc.com) a look.

We will host tryouts Monday evening at 6:00 to 7:30 at Lone Star High School in Frisco. Our regular practice locations will be from the following locations: Lone Star, Wakeland, Stonebriar Church and Bacchus Park.

If you contact me, I will tell you exactly where we stand. We do not have a full roster yet, but the players that we have are all committed to staying together. I have room for just you, or also for you and a couple of similarly jilted friends.

My full time job is an assistant boys soccer coach and math teacher at McKinney Boyd. I currently hold a USSF "E" License and will attend the NSCAA Junior Level VI Diploma course at the end of the month.

I am committed to the girls that are on my team, and to back that up, I promise never to cut a girl once she has made my team. She will develop and grow as a soccer player and as a young woman in skill, tactical knowledge and self-confidence. Our parents are a supportive, positive group who are looking to build something special with the theme of growing together as a family. You'll not be cast aside, and you will always be told the truth, because that's how families work.

Everything coach Phil says is true.

We tried many big clubs for our daughter and we're disappointed with never knowing where we stand and parents that don't interact. We found Meja and could not be happier.

If you are in the Frisco, North Plano, McKinney or Allen area, and looking for more out of soccer than what Rec has to offer, while not feeling the pressure of the big clubs...check Coach Phil and Meja out.

Great team, great coach, great club.

If anything, just come out and see what is happening. Great things happening all around at Meja!
