Lets take back the 02 forum..

A year ago our 02 forum was alive and kicking. Useful info was said and posted. Some was bad but most important this 02 forum was alive. Since contracts were signed, things happen that we should be talking about. teams moved up and moved down. We can be positive and encourage with a little of competitiveness without disgracing or embarrassing our kids soccer club. We can agree or agree to disagree. I tell ya why this 02 forum had gotten so boring, because parents were told we cant post on here any more. I know many parents whose coaches of top 20 teams have said this including mine. Enough is enough, we pay our dues, our kid plays the game and darn it I'm tired of being silent wanting to post. Its a small world out there in north texas soccer But I believe us posters can lurk on this forum without giving away who our team is all while giving and receiving useful information. I think the reason for the fewer posts has more to do with the fact girls are locked in, the standings are known and there is no need for any speculation as to who is the best team. Once you get to select, there is no reason to talk about team switches, coaches, movement etc during the season as it can't happen.

I know, I drank the kook aid and listen in fear. Fear that if I went against the request it would affect my girl's position on the team . Stupid I know. There can be a happy medium .

that is very true. Ahh those were the good ole days. I guess I can go on the younger age groups and give my two cents. It is refreshing to know I can look at a website to see ranking rather then patiently wait for BW's classic and very true rankings . Not that I was concerned about ranking or anything

Ha now that for sure will be a interesting post . I always have thought besides the few that want to piss in my Cheerios so to say and call folks pathetic ,there is always something to talk about when it comes to select soccer.
