Shout out to Sting coach Ed Mendoza

I wanted to use this forum to publicly say thank you to Sting 03 coach Ed Mendoza. After my DD's team recently played Coach Mendoza's team and lost the first thing he did right after the game was to to huddle up our girls and spend a few minutes with them. He encouraged them and told them how much he appreciated the style of soccer they were playing. I was quite impressed that he would do that even before congratulating and talking to his own team on their win.

It's quite refreshing to witness an great example sportsmanship and appreciation for the beautiful game. With all overheated chatter that surrounds youth sports I am ONE BIG FAN of Coach Ed Mendoza. Thanks coach for showing us how to play the game.
