I heard today that a couple of FCD South's top players are headed to DT South. Anyone know if that is true?

Not sure who you are counting as top players, they play good soccer but nobody looks to stand out on this team from what I've seen, just lots of girls who play the same? Be interesting to see if anyone has knowledge here are someone just stirring things up.

That always cracks me up, the overwhelming desire to be in D1. South is a great team but will these girls be able to make an impact, who knows? I would see FCD South being a front-runner to get back into D1 next year regardless of this event, if there is truth of course. To each their own I suppose.

I heard that one of the DD on the team house was pretty much totaled by the Tornado's that hit Cleburne and most of the team including the Coach came to help with the cleanup....the coach even showed up twice.....
I also heard that the teams Dad's have a weird attraction to the word "BALLS"

From what I have heard, they should leave. I have heard from reliable people that the coach bashed every player on that team. I heard that he was even called out by his boss to address the issues. If I were on that team with my dd, I sure as hell would leave. No girl that age deserves bashing, especially by someone who is being paid. He should think twice where his money comes from.good luck to those who have the ballz to leave, before they become crushed....

Seems all this talk of tornado ravaged homes, coach bashing, many different kinds of balls, gypsies and moonshine is the perfect setting for a reality show! I say put it on right after Duck Dynasty.

Believe what you wish FC, but you should know the truth, and the truth hurts. In fact I was told that the old manager told you parents about this and you still chose to believe your coach over your manager. Truth hurts. I'm just sayin, I wouldn't give any more of my money to a coach that bashes my kid...

Dude welcome to the big leagues- listen to any coach during a tense game! I know coaches bash kids on the field, but not to other parents....while drinking alcohol in front of the girls. Set an example to the kids you coach and to the league you represent...that's all I'm talking about.

Dude get a life. Quit worrying about that team. If this is who I think it is from what I heard your actions is what got you burnt with a lot of the coaches of the top teams. Sucks for your DD...she is a good player.....you are ruining her chances. You have already burnt two bridges in less than a year. Don't know of any coach that would want to take a chance with a player that carries all that baggage (dad). Spare yourself and drop it. Your already burnt around the NTx 02 soccer world.

Notre Dame QB QUITS on his team? His Daddy probably didn't get along with the Coach because he yelled at his kid and bashed his teammates all year long

i've seen the FCDS coach and in my opinion I would jump ship as well with a coach like that. He should definitely be careful of how he treat the girls because they could easly start practicing on the other side of the fields... lol

So how did this team fair this weekend, I mean with all the supposed turmoil going on around this team and coach I would figure they might have a bad showing. Anybody catch any of these games?

I only saw one. They looked very strong to me. I thought they played well.

They played very well this weekend, no goals allowed in tournament. Lost on pk's in finals. Someone said y'all played 140 minutes of scoreless soccer against Solar Colvin. Also heard Solar had an X Higgy player guest playing for them. Not bad for a team in distressed!!!
