Looks to be a very competitive field. I am guessing that RASE 04 will be the only team that looks as it did the last time they played.

I think the tournament is complicated a bit by the fact that the two teams that emerge from Group A will have played an extra game and will have played the tougher competition.

Sting G still the favorite and RASE '04 is a great team, but Feet and Goodman are helped out by the set up.

My main point is that the winners of Groups B and C will be entering the semi-finals with two games played on Saturday while the 2 teams from Group A will have played three games (one Sun morn) and Group A will have had (IMO) more difficult group games. Feet and Goodman should enter the semis with less wear and tear.

I'm just curious to see who shows up playing for each team. I've heard that some teams are missing 3 or 4 players and then there are all these rumors about new players on Moreno and that some of them might be girls from other teams in this tournament.

So I'm going to predict the new and improved DT Moreno as the winner of this thing.

Look as A group as a tournament in itself.
The teams in A would only want to play 3 games against the best competition and that's what they got.

FCD is Copa Thompson I believe
B bracket is going to be very competitive



Sting gut v. RASE 04 in the final
I know....boring prediction (the two highest ranked 03 teams)

Personally I dont think RASE will make the finals this week, too many missing pieces of the puzzle from what ive heard. However they are a very deep and talented team so maybe they just keep moving along without a hitch.

Like I said, this is an interesting tournament just to see which 03s are playing for which teams this weekend. Always fun to see which rumors are true.

I guess you have some inside info Grand that I obviously didn't. My prediction was based on no missing pieces. It will certainly be fun & interesting to see who shows up where and how these teams are looking at this point. Clock is ticking ...

I think they have a big enough pool of players that they could get somebody to fill in and fill in nicely.. Think they are the team to beat in this one. Moreno has piqued my interest though.

That's one rumor but honestly until someone sees the teams run out on the field this weekend no one knows what to expect. There's a ton of rumors swirling around this time of year pre-select, pretty much par for the course.

You'd need to ask Zindane or NofanofDrama (I think they are both Sting G)though about that specific rumor.
