Probably best to contact coaches directly at this point.
I seriously doubt any parents are gonna risk their kids spot this late by giving you info. 
I know there are absolutely  zero spots on our team(especially at my DD"s position) and we aren't practicing again until late August. Very Happy:D

I think futbollove is pretty accurate on that one.  If you think your daughter is at the level to play Lake Highlands D1 and/or ECNL it is going to fall to you as the parent to contact the coaches and find out what spots they are looking to fill.  I would think that most (not all) of the parents at that level aren't going to go out recruiting girls to the team that could potentially displace their daughter on the roster.

The above might be the most honest answer you will ever get on this board.

Unless your DD is a clear upgrade at her position to an existing starter, most ECNL and D1's are probably set at this point.

If you DD does not impress the coach as a clear impact player in 1 or 2 practices, but you honestly feel that she is, you may want to talk to some of the clubs who have ECNL or D1 teams about her playing on their D2 team. They can always add her to the ECNL roster or use a club pass later.

All the advice so far is to contact the coach directly.  OP has stated they are from CA, why not just publish your team/coach information if you practice near Forney.  Who knows there might be other players still looking.
