The main premise behind FBR is to try and do something that is reasonably objective vs. subjective.
Without making people puke by discussing the technical details, at U7, FBR would not work very well from a data standpoint, and you would end up with something that really wasn't much less subjective than some parent coming on here and giving their opinion on who the top teams were.
Speaking strictly from a data standpoint, it would not be worth the effort. Not to mention the absurdity of ranking 7 yr old soccer teams (or 8 yr old soccer teams, or 9 yr old soccer teams, or 10 yr old soccer teams...
)

I do the 06 FBR and it did not start until fall of U8 for them.
The 08s are currently U7.

To expand on Borussia's response. Football Rankulator is the name of the software program that we use for these rankings and we just call it FBR for short.
