Is there a tournament for incoming college freshmen?

I assume all the tourneys on this site refer to U18 and below.
But, I think it would be sort of neat if there was a summer 5v5 tournament where incoming college freshmen can play each other. Teams would be formed by the colleges that the players are signed with (maybe plus a guest or two). I assume it's against NCAA rules for college coaches to participate, but something for the players can do that is more fun than fitness regiments or whatever. Does such a thing exist already?
