Bringing players down as well as up are both valid strategies for development and both should be utilized if possible.

Everyone has a difference in opinion on the right time and way to do anything in the name of development, however, bringing in high level players to play in front of lower level players just to win a tourney or qualify develops the club's name and pockets, not the players...

Yes, winning a U11 LH QT bracket would have really put Solar on the map.  

A Solar defender pouncing on an entry that never mentioned Solar nor putting a club on the map...Shocker.

I must have misunderstood.  I'm not a Solar defender, but you can mark me down as a Fever hater.
