Fall Divisions
Fall Divisions
In Plano, a complete different look with Texahoma, Drifters and San Angelo leading the 2 equal divisions and those 3 seem to be separating themselves.
In Lake Highlands, Texans FTW, Sting East and United are separating themselves from the rest of D1. D2 seems to have a big log jam of very talented and pretty even teams in the top 10, though Mutiny, FCUSA and CDA have pretty significant goal differentials and are all high scoring teams.
It would seem as though the 3 Plano teams mentioned probably qualify for LH next year, while the 3 D2 LH teams might make their way up to D1. The refereeing in the Classic League games that I have seen, both divisions, seems to be pretty decent, but not perfect. It must be in the NTX referee rulebook to never give out a straight red, no matter the infraction. It is also interesting how Plano is giving their 01's 11-12 games this fall which is a contrast to the 7 games they gave them last fall and this past spring. At least they learned.
Any predictions before the break prior to tournament season?
