LP vs. DTS will be a great game. DTW vs Angell should be a snorer/low scorer, clog up the mid field type of game with maybe a couple of outside mids launching into the 18 where maybe a header gets a goal or keeper can't get to shot.

This is so true.  Strategic forward passing is needed in this game to able to score.  Launching balls to the middle makes it difficult to score when the middle is clogged up.

Not having the 4 ECNL players that are dual rostered and only having 2 06 players passed I think overall the team would be happy with their game yesterday. They have a lot to be proud of.

Why would the parents be upset about having a couple of the DTS '06 girls play with them? The '06 squad is a very talented group of girls. They have also been playing 11v11 since last year in JDL. Why the hate?

No hate. Just not a fan of bringing in ringers or cpp players when there are plenty of paying customers on the bench. Let the team make it on their own.

Good luck, clubs can't get players to pay if their teams are not in the highest divisions. The funny thing, all of these players are paying to support a BDA and now a GDA. Thats adds up to about a 250,000 dollar deficit that has to be made up.

My daughter played after this game but we went a little early to watch some of this game. No question from what I saw...LPE was the better team even though they lost. They controlled possession big time and had lots of scoring opportunities but struggled to convert. DTS played a lot of kick ball.
