Camps begin June 8th!
Campers must be 16 years or older.
Come and workout and get in shape this summer at F45 Training Frisco West. F45 Training is a global fitness community specializing in innovative, high-intensity group workouts that are fast, fun, and results-driven. F45 is specifically designed to provide a functional full-body workout while improving energy levels, metabolic rate, strength, and endurance. These high intensity workouts will provide you with lots of cardio and resistance training to help you get and stay in shape.
Monday and Wednesday classes will focus on cardio/endurance, and Thursdays will be resistance based.
All classes will be coached by a Certified Personal Trainer.
As a bonus, parents that sign themselves up for a F45 membership, will receive a discounted unlimited rate while your teen is enrolled for the camp. Everyone can get in shape this summer!
