Complexity as the girls get older

At what age / level of competition do the teams stop getting unlimited substitutions?
Does someone have a list of how things ramp up as the girls get older? Something like: offsides is called at U7, loss of control for a bad throw-in at U8, limited substitutions in select, etc.

ECNL restricts Substitutions not sure if it is all the way through ECNL or just in the older age groups (ECNL was not around when I was a player). Not sure about any regionals, national type stuff (for non ECNL teams)
- Any level after youth soccers: College restricts only one re-entry in the first half
- Pro Level only 3, although sometimes in friendlies etc they may allow up to 6.

ECNL U-14 through U-17, allows for 7 substitutions per half, with no re-entry in the half.
ECNL U-18 allows for 7 substitutions in the game, with no re-entry for league games. At the National Events, they are allowed 7 subs per half, as above.

I know if they wash they're face daily it helps with they're complexion as they get older.
