ECNL National Championships were there last year. Parking is a joke and easily the worst experience at a complex we've ever had. Minimal parking close to the fields, so plan on walking forever unless you have the first games or the last games of the day.

While I didn't attend the ECNL event, I heard the parking was awful. I have been to this event the last two years and it wasn't terrible. My guess is that the ECNL event was MUCH larger than this event, so parking isn't as big of an issue.

Hey Socal, I would love to! Heard it's quite the tournament. But, Gunners nailed it.

Maybe next year we will make it out, but there's a possibility of doing the Gothia and Dana Cups so...

You will never get a Cal South team to travel in March/April, State Cup is In full swing. Fall Festival is the best option, but traveling to Dallas for a tourney with no quarters is a tough sale too. My DD guested with a team from Alaska 2 years ago who had 2 wins and a 1-0 loss to Texans Giving up 1 goal in pool play and not getting another game was rough. I'm not sure if olders had quarters.

It was a great game!

I think the '02's are headed your way. If you get a chance, watch one of their games. Great team.

The Blues Cup is a fantastic tourney!!! A lot of people prefer it over Surf Cup. I highly recommend it. Deadline for registration is coming up. Go to SCBlues.com and take a look at it. The fields are top notch, well ran, lots of out of state teams, weather will be around 80 with a nice ocean breeze. Amy Rodriguez handed out the medals and trophies to the girls last year. Also stuck around for pics and autographs. Lets go Texas! Come play the best that Cal South has to offer.
