LH Realignment for 2016/2017 season

I am hearing LH will go back to 10 teams for each of D1, D2 and D3 for the 2016/2017 season, after one season of 14 teams in D1 and D2 and no D3. It makes some sense given this years move was for weather conditions. Anyone else heard this? If so, will there be any promotion/relegation after current 2015/2016 season.
If no promotion/relegation then guessing bottom 4 in D1 move to D2. Top 6 in D2 earn a D2 bye. Bottom 6 in D2 earn a D3 bye and 4 spots open for QT. Perhaps others closer to the scene have more details.

This past year there were 8/10/10
I would think it would make more sense to keep these numbers. As the girls get a year closer to graduation there will be more girls leaving the competitive leagues. This upcoming year D1 will be a bit watered down already. we will see how it plays out...
