Not just the three you mentioned
There will be a new team or two in that top 5 with all the winter shake ups and
who knows what Samba may march out there this spring with all their departures.

Not this round, D'Feeters (no longer using the Samba nickname) Black had too many commitments with indoor and other sports to enter this one...

Whether they can beat top 5 or not is yet to be seen. But just to compete at the level they do is saying something...it's a special team....not to be taken lightly.
Agree. This '04 team is fun to watch.

Solar 03 girls have moved to LW's 03 team? I didn't realize that Solar 03 still existed. LW does have a strong group of 03 players. They will get noticed this season.

Re: xara winter cup
After the Top 4 or 5 (like someone else said who knows with all the new teams who might join that group) there's a group of about 10 teams in this age group that are all pretty close to each other. It's a fun age group to watch because most everyone in the 6 through 15 group can beat each other on any given day and the teams that are a bit more consistent can keep the games pretty close to the Top 4 or 5 teams.
Next weekends tournament should be a nice early season litmus test for all these teams.

The only thing they lack from being able to take on the Top 5 in the 03 is a little bit of speed (which will come in time). They should win this weekend. I think he was talking about Solar 04 girls moving to LW's 04 team but I could be wrong though.

That is WAY more interesting that any 03s moving over. Guess we will see if LW has some new faces at the upcoming games!!!!!!

Heard from a dad last night that a few more are looking at other teams. He said more of the same from Kenn. sure sounds like his pattern is repeating and another of his top teams is breaking down. but it won't be his fault - just ask him.
He has enough 04s to keep playing strong between his top team and his white team. oh and and the handful of 03s still hanging around. spring will be interesting. taking the field always settles the mystery. wonder where they are playing in spring.

It's a shame cos I'm guessing most of these kids have friends on the team and it's tough for them to leave their buddies behind. I'm not sure what's going on there as I thought and heard he was a decent coach but this will certainly add to Liverpools strength.

Really....that is all you have for a first post. Truth be told - LW is a great coach. He is a very strong skills coach. If you watch his teams play, you will see skilled players vs players that play kick ball.
If Kennington would stop giving up his players/teams, then maybe he wouldn't lose so many players.

If you mean asking players to play on what parents view as second best team, I wouldn't callCrazy4Academy wrote:WhatwhatWHAT!! wrote:Crazy4Academy wrote:WhatwhatWHAT!! wrote:So sad indeed! Kennington develops the girls and Weddell takes the girls.

that giving up. I would call that investing in a player that he sees potential in but wants them to get more touches on the ball. However, parent egos get in the way of children having fun.

Please clarify what you mean when you say giving up his players?
