Just throwing this out there for any teams looking for scrimmages or round robin games this May/June and July. The Dallas Texans Red-Vigil team is Looking for opportunities to scrimmage other teams. Please email or PM me to discuss.

Looking for a scrimmage or to get in a round robin on June 2 or 3. Or on Tues or Thursdays throughout the next 3 months. Let me know if can do during any of these times or perhaps already have a something set up that we could join in.

Dallas Texans Red is pretty booked up for weekends now but we are still looking to have a few scrimmages during the week if anyone is interested. We practice at Farmers Branch Park Fields, 13985 Dennis, Farmers Branch. We normally practice from 5-6:30pm Tues and Thurs but other times and days could possibly be arranged. Let me know.

I am curious, are you looking for a specific team out there to scrimmage?

Not necessarily, we are pretty busy on weekends with tourneys and scrimmages planned so we are looking for those that may be available during the week now.

SRSA '03 would enjoy a weekday scrimmage. Feel free to respond to my PM or on this thread.

If you are available we could scrimmage Thurs. at Wagon Wheel in Coppell 5pm. (the FB fields are closed for the rest of May) We should probably PM now. lol

I'd tell them to go destroy children their own age.

I completely admire this group...I know some get aggravated and think they brag too much on this forum but overall, you can't ague that they are incredible. I very much enjoy watching them play. What amazed me the most is how many times they passed to space when no team mate was there but by the time the ball was there...the girl was too. I think they either have esp or some sort of invisible communication devices! Love seeing them do their thing! I think it is only fair that they continue to challenge themselves by playing '02's. Heck...they will probably be playing '01's by next year! Love him or hate him, Missimo seems to be genius...either in coaching, recruitment or something!

Its just not in our nature to dodge a game, win or lose. We certainly don't get to pick who we play at the LHQT so we just need to keep working if we play someone better or stronger we will learn from it. If we beat someone we learn to step up our competition. If teams pick us out just to play and get their foot on the ball, then great we are happily in; but if they are picking us so they can boost morale or are in it for a sure win, well then shame on them. But we have been known to surprise a few teams who thought they were showing up for a cake walk . So don't count us out, the one thing i know for sure, to win a game you have to play it, in the first place!
The hard part in this season is matching times and fields. Everyone is very busy but also scrambling for games. We are still wanting games on tues and thurs, but will be happy to discuss other days.
