Technical nitty-gritty...
The far right column is "points change" from the previous rankings. Renfro's total points increased 0.7, Solar Gio's 5.7, Fever's 2.4. The FBR display that I cut and paste from rounds the points change to the nearest whole number, so even though Fever gained 1.7 points on Renfro, it only looks like they gained 1 point.
Why didn't Fever gain more points on Renfro? Blame it on D'Feeters. D'Feeters good weekend, including their W over SRSA, earned them a promotion from Ranking Tier 3 back into Ranking Tier 2. As a result, any team that has played D'Feeters since 1/1/12 gets a bump in their SoS.
Since 1/1/12, Renfro has played D'Feeters 3 times, Gio has played D'Feeters twice. Fever has played D'Feeters once. So the D'Feeters promotion gives Renfro and Gio a little more bump than it does Fever.
Net results is that both Fever and Gio gained on Renfro. Gio gained more - and deservedly so based on their W over Fever. So the rankings moved in the correct direction, just maybe not enough for everyone's liking.
If Renfro's and Fever's future results continue to mirror this past weekend, then Fever will continue to gain on Renfro and will past them before too long.
