Not understanding the seeding in the Puma Cup? They have FC Dallas South/Red in Silver. They asked to be in Gold division and were placed in Silver. This is the old Polaris team.

I don't understand what "crossover" means in the top division. Can someone explain that also?

Usually crossover is when there are 2 brackets of 3 and they each play the other bracket. I guess they are using that term since all the teams won't play eachother with a 6 team bracket.


What is hard to understand is why even have a silver flight making 2 brackets of 6? Usually with 12 teams, they will make 3 brackets of 4 with 3 winners and a wild card in the play off.

Does anyone know why the crossover bracket plays 3 games and silver bracket plays 4 games?

Probably the teams with four games won't have playoffs but the 6 team bracket will have playoffs.

I believe the tournament director at the Puma Cup maybe smoking crack!!!!!
WTF!! Puma cup Is proving to be a second rate tournament with second second rate directing. Sad. Glad we ain't playing in that mess
