Open question to anyone that has an opinion or insight on the "rankings". How subjective are they? Do they really mean anything? If anyone asked any of the players, would they know or care or is it just something for the parents to toss around in conversation?

What rankings? (xsoccer, gotsoccer, nationalsoccerrankings.com, etc., etc.)

The rankings that people post on here. Are they calculated purely by humans, is it a secret BCS type formula? Do they carry any weight other than a feather in your cap?

Some are "human rankings" some have formulas, none mean anything.
