It was cold and wet out there, and the FCD game looked like it was really sloppy on field. Good games though, the ones I saw

I think they are pretty much the same group if girls. They may have missed a player Saturday. I'm not sure.

It seems lately Lady Aztecs has been in a slump or is it everyone has gotten better. Not saying LA haven't either..

If everything were equal - coaching, progress between teams,etc., no team would pass another in strength! So, it may be true that other teams are simply getting more efficient and quality coaching at this point if they do have the same roster. Then again, it was the first game of the season.

Did anyone watch that match and have any insight?

I know they missed a player. They are coached very well I believe, it's just one game. Gotta keep in mind these girls are still young so that means that they tend to have off games. Nothing to worry about I'm sure, but that's just my opinion of maybe it's just one game. Who knows.

Something must be different. Maybe they lost a top player or two?? They played in the recent TFC tournament and lost 0-2 to Odyssey, 2-3 to Solar Chelsea, and 0-7 to Texas Spirit.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking as well. They fell from top 5 to #16 in FBR. You have to lose quite a bit to fall like so. I'm sure they will bounce back. Good luck to them.
