A super-sized goal, a colossal field -- and this video is narrated by a U11G. We're doing it here in NTX at U9.
I've seen it at U8 and even U6G at the Prime Time fields (full goal and 18 yard box).
Who'll be the first to stand their ground and not succumb to, "it is what it is?"

Brilliant! We do have smaller fields (pitches) and goals for kids but we rush them onto full sized fields and goals way too early (TGPL anyone?) IMO.

This was not realistic at all. The producers completely overlooked placing 60+ eleven year olds along the sideline to scream at the parent-players full time, gripe about every single call by the ref, and then spend the next week online debating the rankings of the two teams.

This video should be shared with all coaches and parents. Parent education is equally important as player development in this market.

The problem with parent education is those that listen are not the ones that need it.

It would have been better if they played with a ball the same ratio as kids, not a size 5 but way bigger - so they cant send it long or chip it over the goal.
