Rumor has it there are 6 teams or so for the 2nd Grade division(06)... but MK is keeping a tight lip on who they are...like it matters..but just curious who they are...

probably wont be the stronger of the 06 competition.  Those are all in SDL, Primetime, and a few scattered around other places.

You should have gone with CFBAL silver B division. Way better fields, way better refs, and cheaper than PSA. A good 07 team should be able to play with lower division 06 squads.

The pitch at Cox field is excellent. I have to add that the way MS describes his squads they should be able to handle the size. Guess it depends on the style of play he is dictating. Dump and chase would kill them, possession/positional play is great on that pitch. I wish they would stay on that until U12.

Yeah, we try not to play chase...they are 6 so naturally breakdowns occur from time to time but he stresses ball handling and the passing game... and the girls work on it a lot. Playing indoor over the summer it was more fun, as a parent, to watch them pass pass pass, then to score.

Another reason for PSA is the games are Sat. CFBAL is sunday right? Both his teams are already playing on sunday. Maybe cfbal needs a sat league in spring?

When they play less organized competition the tendancy is to mimick that competition, bunch ball, kick and chase.

Nicole works miracles with coaches schedules, i think you can find any number that can attest to that. I do have to ask, will he just be keeping the team in PSA because he doesnt have time for them to move to a sunday league? A coach with to many teams can only be split so many ways

My son's team played in PSA Academy league last spring. We ended up with several Thursday night games and a Sunday game or two.

My dd is playing both sat and sunday... psa on sat and in Ual on sunday. Coach has time for both.

We played in psa 07 academy last spring...all were scheduled for sat. Did have some weekday makeups though. Never did we play on sunday. MK from PSA assured me we would be sat only a few weeks ago. Guess we find out tues.
