Where is Texas Spirit and Texans South?

RASE and DTS have a match in London that weekend I think...

Here is the CURRENT division breakdown.  Please remember the following:

1. More teams have registered since the last division breakdown I posted
2. FBR is a fantastic tool, but NOT my sole decision maker
2. Coaches were allowed to make requests, based on players available and level of competition
4. Teams are listed in alphabetical order in each division
5. Divisions have to be even numbers 4,6,8,10,12,16 - Odd numbered division do not work
6. This breakdown is not final, until the schedules are posted
7. If a COACH or MANAGER has an issue with their team placement, they should send me a private message by 5pm Monday (11/4)

Xara is doing this also. Why are they not having semifinals with top two bracket leaders entering playoffs? $$?

No, but it would make it a little more interesting bringing endurance into the equation. Especially considering the lineup for this one.

I'm just trying to remember the last time I saw someone comment on a tournament final that was the 5th or 6th game both teams had played in the previous 2-3 days and said: "Wow, that was some really good soccer played in that game..."

XARA listened to the customers. They have semifinals now. Hope AFC will do the same with the number of 04 teams playing.

Wondering if field availability may be an issue with AFC Fall Challenge. The tournament is HUGE... 43 brackets. That means an extra 86 games have to be scheduled if you add semis.

I would imagine it's a balancing act/judgement call by the TD... create fewer, larger brackets (i.e. 12 team vs. 8 team) that will likely have some less competitive bracket games, and have semis/finals, or create smaller, more competitive brackets, and only have finals.

I would prefer to just have finals. Having a semi and final and possible a pool game all on Sunday can be a lot of games in one day (MHO)

Either way has it's +'s and -'s...I am a fan of the semi's....with just a finals, if a team has one bad game and chalks up a loss, their advancement is out of their control, and they are essentially out of the tournament...plus if there is a weaker and a stronger bracket, one team can have a gauntlet run to the finals and the other a cake walk...

I don't know what you all do, but the LP girls RASE are creating a storm in the 04 boys forum. They say that they don't have competion over here, so they are going to play against the boys instead. They said that they beat number #2 girls team 12-0. Is it that bad?

hey now be nice to Ayza. He is our biggest fan in the boys. He doesn't believe little weak girls should be out on a soccer field with big strong boys. They might trip in their high heel cleats and chip a nail or something.
