PSA - Shady?

Currently playing PSA....I've watched girls finish up a game with one team then run directly to another team in the same division and play for them. I've seen girls with taped numbers on jerseys pretty sure they are not listed the roster. Teams join a full league well past the registration date. Funny thing it's PSA's home club that are doing some of these things.
