Ok, it has been said before but since this Saturday it is worth reiterating here.
SDL has become very sad. The most expensive academy league provides poor service and often terrible fields. Our game had 3-4 balls go over the bushes off the cliff at blue sky wasting time and slowing the pace of play. Add this to the fact we don't get schedules until season is nearly over and cry baby refs makes for a poor experience. Much of this has been said previous years so I doubt they care but it feels good to vent.

We played TGPL/PTCL for this reason. Poor service last season in SDL. TGPL/PTCL has their issues, refs well...enuff said. However we have had the schedules since the beginning and the fields are nice (even if they are in west Texas!

What are you talking about?...excuses, excuses, excuses...you should already know if you are playing SDL have your sdl kit.
Containing:
1 psycholgist for sensitive refs
1 referee manual for reference
1 machete for blue sky ball shagging

Solution to SDL/PT issues, a group of strong 04 teams should approach CFBAL and ask for help doing for the 04s what they have done for the 05s.

The Perpetually LATE Arriving, Bit by Bit Schedule is a Pain in the A$$ for Sure, & It's Exclusive to SDL...But For those of you Complaining about Blue Sky, Come On Out to Andromeda, on a Sunday Afternoon, & Take a Good WHIFF for Ol' Times Sake...

Last we were there was u90. Fields were terrible. Looked like a hay field. Oh and yes the aroma!

The poor officiating in SDL would not be quite so annoying if they were less arrogant.

Can't believe they still don't have any fencing up to keep balls from disappearing. It's a good place for the kids to learn how to identify snakes and poison ivy though.
