I think last year he gave us the highest ranked (FBR) and seeded teams (LHGCL) to miss D1.  The '03s may have broken the record when #12 FBR team (Mutiny) did not qualify for D1.  18 of the FBR's top 20 made D1.

He also had figures for lowest ranked and seeded teams to make D1.  Again '03s might have the record as the #37 FBR team (Warriors) qualified for D1.

99 team ranked 48 out of 52 made it in. But that was before FBR
