PPL D1 Teams Empty PPL D1 Teams

ok someone please explain ... 2 teams dropped from LH D3 - to PPL and are qualifying D3
If PPL D1 had 3 teams move up to LH - that leaves 3 spots open in PPL D1 - who got those?
Did anyone else from LHGCL D3 drop to PPL D1?
Teams 11-18 from last season get byes and stay in D2.
Who moves into those 3 D1 spots? teams from 11-18? then who? that leaves spots open in D2 and who moves in there - teams qulaifying now? What team movement was there from D3 - PPL?

these are the teams in PPL QT - Looking to place in D3. new teams or did they change their names? clubs?

What happened to these teams and why they not in the QT?
WTX Storm – Relegated from PPL D1
Texas Thunder
Meja Shephard
HUFC
Hearts FC
Triumph FC Tevez
Mustangs Blue
Rockets

Not sure what Don's plans are for Meja or Kramer's doing with Thunder, but if last year's remaining PPL teams did not play the QT then they either folded, decided against league play, or skipped the QT and will enter D4 (or whatever the bottom PPL division ends up as).  Also according to coach Richard's posts on here (it can't be Kyle, Jeff or Kathy, the tone of all TriumphFC posts is too British persnickety) the Tevez team is in the process of transforming and rebuilding as Negredo, which i believe is a Mexican beer.

Too British!  Laughing 
Tevez no longer exists but Negredo does! Playing indoor in the fall, good group of players working hard but not enough to take us through the rigors of outdoor soccer with the numbers we have as of right now. Look out for us in the spring or Summer of 2015
