Q re PPL posting scores
Q re PPL posting scores
It's frustrating to play a game on Saturday and not know the results of any other teams until the following Thursday or Friday.
Don't know if this was unique to our age bracket last year, or if this is a common problem in PPL across the board.
I would love to see scores same day or next day at latest- it can't be THAT difficult. Perhaps solution is just to create our own thread here with a commitment from each team to post their scores so we don't have to rely on PPL to do it timely. Or if team managers don't mind, give their number for text. Heck, I'll be glad to send out 5 text messages on Saturday to see how their game went. It would take about 5 minutes of my time and about 20 seconds of the manager's time to respond.

If no score reported, then you automatically get reported as scoring no goals and forfeit the right to contest what the other team/coach reports as score.
I think the bottleneck was just in PPL uploading though.
