Re: Rankings
The old FBR rankings are a thing of the past. Gotsoccer doesn't have enough data to be truly informative yet IMO.

The term adult is used loosely here.

Talking trash about 10-11 year olds on this forum? Nah that never happens?!
But talk about a coach and POOF.... thin air!

Blah blah blah....
You're in Plano Premier League and you never played a texans team...
Your statement has been virtually dismissed.

There is that word slash again. I thought we had that worked out.

Re: Rankings
let me sum it up:
Slashing is not a soccer term, as hockey sticks are not used.
If you did see what you thought was a slash, it was either (1) legal, (2) the girls are just "klutzy" at this age and it was most definitely not intentional, and/or (3) you are just a whiney rec parent and cannot appreciate true soccer skill when you see it.

Re: Rankings
The realization needs to set in that the refs will call the game the way that they want to call it. Some will let questionable play occur and others won't.
Those of us with older kids that play recognize that the physicality will increase as time passes. It's just part of the game that the kids (and parents) will need to get used to.

I agree. Some teams are more aggressive than others. Refs should be trained and experienced enough to know the difference and make the right calls.
