I realize that this might get a vast differences of opinion...... but, i'm wondering what is the general consensus as to which league would be considered more competitive??

Plano Premier League (PPL) vs. Arlington Premier League (APL)

For example...taking the rankings for the 1st 5 in each:
'04 & which is a more Competitive league??? Apl_vs11

Based on tournament outcomes I think at least the top two in each division are pretty evenly matched..  below that it gets a little fuzzier IMHO.

Top to bottom, PPL. But Sparta would probably do well in both.
