Did LP really need to score 16? We all knew that their girls outclassed this team.
At some point I hope LP pulled back, rotated girls, played x # of touches, etc. anyone there that wants to comment?

Some interesting scores. Was hoping all NTX teams would outclass the competition, but so far that hasn't been the case.

I don't know if you're being serious but for a team that's ranked so much higher than their competition they need to play hard and push themselves to keep up their timing. I would guess they did that for the first half and then made substitutions to get the bench some quality playing time. They probably also made some position switches and switched keepers and they could've also worked on making sure they had a certain number of clean consecutive touches before being allowed to score. The real problem is that the Wichita team had no business being in that tournament.

Both Wichita teams at the bottom of their brackets. I might be able to understand the invite for one, but two teams from the same area so outmatched? Lots of local teams would've liked to play this tourney I'm sure.

Indeed we would have. And as I have commented on in other threads, unless they are from CA, the other out-of-staters (except TSC) are likely not going to be anything to write home about. Not saying bad teams, but considering the exclusivity of this tournament one would have thought they would have gotten higher level. It is the first year for the girls however.
