Hey... it's not that often that we get to quote Iron Maiden lyrics on here and have it be contextually relevant to the thread at hand...

Why is that necessarily a bad thing? Why would they be worse off there than anywhere else? If a team/player/group of players want to go somewhere different than where they are, for what ever reason, why does that make for a "sad state of affairs?"
I don't know anything about where these girls are coming from or why, but in my opinion, the uniform they're wearing is of little consequence, if they have the right coach. Conversely, if they have the wrong coach, the uniform really doesn't make any difference, either.
I guess it can be tough on young girls and hard on parents pocket books if their coach has them associated with three teams in less than 6 months. Causes confusion, it is disrupting, and expensive. Not a parent choice to move but a coaches choice.
Just the coach looking for the best opportunity for themselves.
If you DD is happy, and you trust the coach, then at the younger ages which club she is at is not a big deal.
Do the reasons the coach gives for moving the team make sense to you?
If not then go back to the trust factor question.
After all you are the parent and need to exercise judgement on what is in the best interest of your DD.
