Sting Fuego AP 06 Goalie (& Others) Opportunity

Sting Fuego is pulling together their AP 06 group. The core of this group competes at the Platinum and Gold levels and had a terrific Fall season.

We are looking at all positions heading into select but specifically goalie. This would be a great opportunity for a goalie looking to play at the upper levels. If you have not met the Sting Goalie coach, Sagu, I highly recommend you come watch a training session.

After playing his first two U.S. professional indoor seasons with the Sidekicks, Sagu, a native of Sao Paulo, Brazil, spent the last eight seasons with the Baltimore Blast of the MISL. In Baltimore, he was named All-League seven times, was Goalkeeper of the Year five times, and helped the Blast win three championships.

Further, our head coach, Mario Guzman, previously worked with the Academy Goalies at Sting so you will get lots of training with people that understand the position.

All players are welcome to come take a look. We will certainly be evaluating and working on all positions.

We practice at the Sting Center in Richardson on Tuesday and Thursdays from 6:00-7:30.
