They will not be posting score of JDL games, or playoff results (if any).

Keeping score and ranking is contrary to the JDL philosophy, and might cause some uneducated viewers to evaluate the teams based upon their "actual" results, and not on "perceived" results.

I think the rules state that after the game, the coaches meet to discuss which team played the more "developmental" style. In the event of a tie, then they draw names.

Only participation medals - "placement" medals would denote a "winner" and a "loser" in a game.

Silly- why are you playing JDL then? I am not implying that you have no right to complain- but you seem to harbor serious disdain for it.  Why not just play D1 if it is a waste of time?

I'm not, but my daughter is - her choice of teams and coach.

But they have proved themselves an easy target, so why not have some fun?

(just to be sure, I didn't actually mean there wouldn't be scoring for JDL teams this weekend )

So they are keeping score this weekend?

Does anyone know if they will be gouging us for parking out at the Toyota complex.

Nope. That is what you call an anomaly, now if they can repeat that performance vs FC Dallas then it is a trend...

Didn't expect Andomeda to whoop blitz 3-0 nor did the numbers support red JDL over blue JDL 4-1

Going to be interesting to see how the rankings shape up tonight!

No doubt. Our little DDs are all growing up too fast. At this rate you could probably get more play on a post about the Cowboys or Longhorns.

Where I come from, 1-0 or 2-1 would be an anomaly.  4-0 is a whooping of the highest order.  The anomaly might have been the first time they played each other.

That was a great weekend of soccer.  It was nice to see teams from OK and TXS.  They did well in the lower divisions but had a tough go of things in the Gold division. They only managed to make every team that didn't get to play either of them totally jealous.  

FC Dallas JDL Red is definitely on the top of the heap.  They have enough athletic talent to play really well together while most other teams are working out the kinks and learning to play with their newly added talent.  It will be fun to watch them take on Dallas Texans South and Solar Pulpaneck when the time comes.
