Anyone else been surprised by some of the results so far?

Looking at the standings, there's only a point or two separating the some of the top teams so its hard to tell where they end up. I'm surprised that DF Hollis is not doing better. I'm surprised that Fever fell to an Angell team 1-0 after beating them 5-1 a couple of weeks ago. Both Solar teams are streaking. I have noticed some "Reds" out there and that does not surprise me. But, "that's the way soccer go" sometimes.

What are you surprised by LF??

Surprised Spirit lost to both Texans and DF Hollis. Also, surprised that Hollis seems to be in a freefall (1-7-1) since returning from Vegas. Yes Solar teams seem to be on a roll, but all you can do is play who they put out there in front of you I guess. It's always fun to see just how much teams can improve throughout the year at this age. Should be a good finish.

Because I am at home with my DD who has a 103 fever I had time on my hands today......so here is the comparison with how LH standings look today compared to FBR and LH seeding last summer for the LH qualifying tourney.

Couldn't agree more on all fronts. The schedule has some key match-ups down the stretch too. The biggest surprise of the season is that LH did not cancel any games yesterday!!

Look at you two getting along! Spirit didn't lose to both Texans teams, actually tied south. Spirit is a solid team and will finish in the top 10. I do agree on the Hollis surprise. Another solid team, just not getting results. They are in jeopardy of losing more ground if kicks brings in the 06 selecao players for their next match. No other surprises to me based on current standings. Byars could be based on the chart above but they are a good team so I'm not surprised with them.

I meant both the Texans AND DF Hollis not both Texans teams. Could have been a little clearer. Lol. And yes they are very solid team. Surprised Byars is that high, but few times I have seen them lately they seem to move the ball well and have improved a lot.

In all honesty I've seen one Red player with them consistently, so I'm assuming she's playing with them when she can but that's it. One player isn't going to win everything for you. And when I've seen them they sub pretty frequently so they all seem to play. Some of the JDL teams I've seen have 2-3 girls that don't even get off the bench. I could be wrong but at least Byars is getting all his girls some playing time it seems.

Byers seems to like to start the Red player/s that guest on his White team. I wouldn't dig that if I were a parent on team, but that's how soccer go...

The red players on byars must have taken 3/18 off, looking at this weeks results...

All season they have tried to place low value on how much the Solar Red girls are responsible for Byars success. Well Solar Red plays at the same time as Byars on April 8th and April 22nd so this may become a trend or a one off.

Since Byars share the goalie with Red, it was a game without goalie... They can't do anything about it Sad
The next game without Red players would probably be the same
