And another that has been with DTS since the coaching change that came back down for this game right?

Makes no difference to me really. Like you said, everyone does it, and people have been fighting for their D1 lives all month.

I never understood why people cry so much about pp. It's the rule. Has been for several seasons. And everyone does it for one reason or the next. Just play who's in front of you. Shouldn't we want our kids to be pushed by better players? Who cares if they win or lose? Especially at u11. Razz

or, if you are going to represent yourself as a "team", play as a team

that being said, the bye doesn't belong to the team, it belongs to the club - so the "team" will operate protect the club's and coach's interests

so.... how many CPPs did FC use at State Cup against the teams they beat or lost to? I have no dog in the fight and have literally no clue if they did or didn't.. just trying to stir the pot.. I know from my experience with my DD in the older groups that this is quite a common for FCD to do in all the various leagues and tournaments they play. Whatever happened to the time when teams showed up with what they had and as they say in Rounders "Pay the man his money.. He beat me straight up"

Anyone know the position of the player that was helping? Unless it was a forward, who really cares... still got to score to win. I wouldn't necessarily say that any of DTS defenders are good enough to single handedly win a game for another team, but if they used a scorer then that is pretty cheap flimsy win.

basically what everyone is saying is only the teams that played straight up all year are the real deal.. DTS, and maybe Fever, Feet Colon, and teams 11-20. The rest are "fake teams"
