This sort of thing happens all the time.  This time it's Sting.  Other times, it's been Solar, Texans, FCD, etc...

If one of those 4 has a vacuum in a particular age group, it typically won't take more than a year or so before that vacuum gets filled.  In many cases, you can even identify a group of 2-3 teams, 6 months ahead of time, that will be the team that will end up moving to fill the void.  Look for a top indy/small-club team, or a top 10 team that is #3 or #4 in their own club at that age group, especially if that #3 or #4 team doesn't practice out of the main location for the club.  

Usually, if one of the big 4 is "light" on teams, it's because one of the others is "heavy" on teams, and there is a difference (intentional or not) in how clubs treat a team when they are #1 or #2 in the age group at the club, vs lower on the totem pole.

at the rate they canceling 07 JDL tryouts, obviously some drainage work is needed....

DTS cancelled too....so not just Sting

Well, not all Sting was cancelled.  They had their 06's at RSC for JDL tryouts.  Was training at RSC tonight and saw AG and JG.  So clearly 07's are on back burner.  Just give it to Parsons and shut down that it has to be at complex...Cannot believe these coaches have their names attached to the 07 JDL group.  Sting has been stung!  Great organization dropping the ball it seems.

How do we know the fields were sold?

A builder bought the complex and they will build town homes like the ones by the Stars complex.

How long before they have to move? Was not mentioned at tryouts.

So where will they practice now?

I think they might be able to keep it this season if they can handle the lease hike coming after the deal closes.
