It is fact and not opinion that Dalglish is superior to all '04 teams including the team Shelby must have a tattoo of.

The old Dalglish team has beaten both Solar Kennington and DT North, and lost to DT South.....the new and improved team has not played any of the top 04 teams in a game since SDL Spring started. The new Dalglish did Scrimmage Fever and won, but that was with high school student acting as refs and not blowing their whistles against either team! So it depends what your definition of "until" is!

Can you offer evidence to this fact. I mean if it is FACT then surely you can offer some top 04 teams Dalglish has beaten right or at least you have some reason or logic to offer right?

Until Dalglish plays at least 1 of the top teams you couldn’t give anything BUT opinion… it would take them playing 2-3 top teams to be definite.

As of now, the only team who has played other top 04 teams recently and won all of them was 04 Solar Kennington.

The error in your logic is that Dalglish is the only "new and improved" team. This is a new season and all teams are improved. You don't give awards or rankings for one season based on results from the past season.

Let's be clear, I am not saying your opinion that Dalglish is better is not a valid OPINION, however I have yet to hear ANY evidence to support this as fact. They may BE the best team, but I don't see evidence, nor is it fair to the other 04s to declare this in a new season.

And this seems like as good of a time as any to take a brief pause in this discussion and provide my completely unoriginal response to DoubleDD's early picture--about which he was lamenting the general lack of response to what he felt was softball lobbed up for everyone:

and THAT lack of creativity . . . likely due to gender . . . is why I probably should completely refrain from responding. But, things seemed to be going back solely to Dalglish team discussions and away from more important items such as mobile home treehouses and bucktoothed dogs and the aforementioned jugs. So sad.

I have been the parent who complained in the past about a top team playing up, if this was my team I would play up until I had top stop. Playing against your own age group at this age group is over rated.

So what do you win if you are the best 02, 03 or 04 team this year?

I think for development you need to win and lose, but being the best team at 7, 8 or 9 means what?
