The TFC Elite against DT North game was such a bad comparison for these teams. With DT having 4 of their starters out due to sickness & then their goalie only making it the 1st half and running off the field at half to kiss the porcelain god. She didn't go back in for the 2nd half understandably. She did shut down everything they threw at her in the 1st half. The 2 goals were in the 2nd against a guest playing goalie who bless her heart had no idea what she was walking into. DT dominated the game just had 5 shots on goal that went over the net or hit the cross bar. But, The ball spent more time on TFC side then on DT.

I honestly think if DT had their full squad there it would have been a different game with a different winner. But, TFC won and at the end of the day that is all that counts.

Good game and a great set of parents TFC has.

DT North vs ASG= forfeit by ASG due to lack of players to make game.

Thanks for the nice parent comment! Noticed no fast little defender who is usually there, and the goalie swap at half, but didn't realize that two to three other starters were missing. That's not a fun way to play. Thought the little second half keeper put forth a great effort though--maybe just nervous at the unexpected turn of events. What a trouper! Hope regular keeper is feeling better!
