Hi Everyone,

Since I am a somewhat regular poster on this forum, I wanted to go ahead and confirm that I am taking on Tim Bennett's 02s. I am really excited about this team - a solid core of great girls and their families. We had our first practice together last night, and it went really well.

We have an indoor game at Inwood tomorrow (Wednesday) night at 5:15, and then a parent meeting afterwards (around 6:00ish). We do need some more players to add to our core - so if you are interested, you are more than welcome to come to the meeting (and/or watch the game, too!). I will be introducing myself, talking about my coaching style and philosophy, and going over some goals for this team's future. I'll be answering any questions you guys may have as well.

The Texans Club has shown me that they are extremely committed to making this team a success. One example is that Hassan and Ahmed gave me a prime practice slot at Ross Stewart for the spring (Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6:00-7:30), something no other Academy team has!
