D. Curiel is still coaching with us. Not sure why the web is down. But if Curiel is still showing as a coach for the Texans it would be because they never took him off their web when we left 2 years ago

Re: PrimeTime Sports Winter Blast - Accepted Teams
Pool A has three real competitive teams and pool B has DTS but who knows what is left of the team and how their new additions will fit in. FCD Premier is solid and seems to have a knack for keeping every game close, and then who knows what to expect from Sting West and Polaris. This time last year both were Top 10 teams but since then it's been tough sledding and quite a few teams seemed to have passed them. They both have the ability to keep games close so in a bracket with 3 teams that seem to keep things close and one that has gone through some transition it's hard to know what will happen in this bracket.
After looking at it closer I can see 7 of the 8 teams actually having a shot at the finals

Re: PrimeTime Sports Winter Blast - Accepted Teams
FCD Premier has last weekend under their belt and I think is the most stable team in the mix this weekend.
Semi A
Cosmos +1
DT South
Semi B
FCD Premier +1
Fever
Final
Cosmos
FCD Premier +2

Re: PrimeTime Sports Winter Blast - Accepted Teams
Although one could argue that Vitesse has the edge over Cosmos based on their last meeting.
But I predict DTS and FCD Premier will be in the final.
Unlike last week, Premier will have their striker this weekend.
This team is still getting their chemistry together...several new parts.
FCD Prem wins in PKs.

Who's going to be bringing the guest players (possible roster addition) vs. the guest ringers (you know, the ones that just want to get the wins)?

Re: PrimeTime Sports Winter Blast - Accepted Teams
FCD premiere 1-0 over sting west
DTS 3-0 over Polaris
Cosmos 2-0 over Ayses
Fever 2-1 over Vitesse
No upsets yet.

Hey Coach, I was referring to the game my DD played against DTS. From what I saw in your game vs DTS it was about the same.
Feel free to provide your own commentary coach. You know, from a professional coaching perspective.

Sorry to rain on everyone's parade, but next weekend the covers will be pulled off all of these guess teams. DTS played the game in front of them. They marked the guest player that needed to be marked as she was the ONLY scoring threat for fever. They probably would not have made it out of pool play without her.
Sting g will lose their help next week as well. Without that help, the would have not made it past rush. Heck, even the silver division of legacy was dominated by a srsa player guesting on Sparta- Daglish 04 would have won that division if the guest hasn't played.
So, congratulations to the teams who played with their rosters this weekend. To all the guess teams, you will get what is coming beginning Saturday.
If my kid was on one of those teams and benched for a guess player that everyone knows is not going to join the team, I would be team shopping this week.

As for guest player, I sure am glad she plays for FCD. I did feel bad for the other 5 players on your bench that sat to watch her play.

Just to clear the air DTS 03 had no guest players.
