LHGCL has released their promotion/relegation format for next season. They will go back to 3 divisions with a end of season playoff to settle the final Div I spots.

I'm guessing the CPP will be drastically different for the coming year. If LHGCL is waiting till AFTER signing day to announce the CPP change, the new change will likely not be a popular move.

At one point they did post a note:
We are reviewing the rule and how it will apply to the new format. I would discourage building a team under the assumption that the club pass rule will remain the same. We will announce any changes to the rule prior to the fall season.

It's a secret.  LH will let you know when they want you to know - and that is clearly NOT before signing day.
