LHGCL ADDENDUM to bye rules for 2016

Looks like decision has been finally made on the bye rule. Below is link to what's going to happen with byes going into next season. From reading looks like teams 1-10 will move on to keep D1 bye but since some of those teams will be taking their byes up can anyone tell what's going to happen with those spots? For example RUSH was kind enough to let everyone know they are moving to 04, I've heard Solar Pulp is moving to 04, DTS is keeping their bye with 05. So does that mean teams 11-12 move up to top 10 or could there possibly be more spots available for new teams to qualify for those spots? 

Anyone heard if coaches for teams 4-10 will stay or move up to 04?

Just to be clear this addendum is not new. It has been out since last year (maybe early summer).

As for the question on what happens to the u12 spots (2005) that are available in D1 after some D1 byes pick to move to U13 (2004). My understanding is those spots will be filled by 2016 QT and not by moving D2 teams up to D1. (There are several incoming 2005 AP teams that will play the socks off projected D2 teams)

And yes Solar will use Pulps and Arnold's byes to play U13 (2004) in the 2016/2017 season.

Ahh ok... I must have misread under promotions and regulations it stated adjustments were made for 2015/2016 with  a one time modification... Lead me to believe they had made an adjustment for 2016 qualifying. Thanks for making that clear. I had an 05 coach with D1 bye tell me that his team ( who is currently in bottom half of D1 in standings) is going to get a D1 bye for next year because the teams that are leaving to play as 04s will make it so his team will move up the food chain...they aren't D2 but bottom of D1 if that makes an difference.. . Wasn't sure if that was a selling tool or what would really happen for girls going into U12 next soccer season...

As far as a D2 bye moving to D1, my understanding is they will evaluate the placements based on the regular rules. That means that if a D2 bye has more than 50% returning players, they will be moved up based on slots available. If fewer than 50% return, LH will reevaluate the roster strength and preseason performance to determine placement.

Could someone please post a link to the data file that LHGCL is going to use to evaluate these new rosters?

It's the same file that they use at U14 when ECNL teams leave and 100% of the roster is new the following year but everyone keeps their Div I bye.

Ohhhhhhhhh.....that file. That's bad news, good news.

The bad news- I know longer have that file.

The good news- I spread that file around on my lawn last year and won yard of the month for six months straight.
