Anyone know what happened to that team?

Hearing that team has disbanded, being replaced though...

Wow! I knew most of the team had been together for years. Guess the coach had enough. Hah Hah. Weird that it happened mid season you know?

What I am hearing is the opposite- people had enough of the coach.

Season is over - not mid season.

...keep the team together and go to FCD and ask for a new coach, if that's the case... Unfortunate, regardless the circumstances.

I believe that Messi.. Sorry, I should've said they left mid contract. But when enough is enough then things should change. Hopefully they'll find new teams before July.

I've heard from multiple sources that the "core" girls are moving to Pratt's team in LH while their CB is heading to Premier.  My DD played with that group for 2 years and I don't have any problem believing that to be the case.   If so, Pratt should be thankful to be handed 5-6 such skilled players to retool that team instead of sifting through guest players.  Looking at their team site on the FCD website, it appears that a new coach is taking over Silver and they are advertising being in Plano 2 (even though they had a real good run in Plano 1).  So as Messi pointed out, the team is essentially disbanded since it no longer has an identity.

Good luck in Classic League to the girls that are heading there!  Well deserved.

Pratt will be coaching Lake Highlands D2 next year and definitely is not "giving" spots to the girls from Silver.

Hey Messi, which Pratt? The older brother has a '00 D1 team. AP is in D2. B Pratt's 01 team may pick up some Silvee girls.

You sound very sentimental with that one.  I'm familiar with the team as well and they have some decent players, but with all the movement that's coming it's unlikely Pratt would even have many positions to hand out so the idea of a core simply going to a highly competitive team just doesn't add up.  They probably are all practicing together on Pratt's team, but that doesn't mean anything until June 30th when many girls and families who thought they were "in" are all of a sudden forced to be looking at other teams.  And if the prior coach was an issue, it's doubtful that an LH coach will "hook up" anyone based on loyalty to a coach who has left the organization.  Look for a couple of them to move up in the FC Dallas world, the majority of the current roster will be talked into staying by the new coach to form the new "core", while others disperse to other organizations.
